We are excited to welcome vendors for the 2026 season. Our goal this year is simple, grow the market and help our vendors grow with it. We are looking for fun, friendly, folks. Fit the bill? Come join us. We are the Place to be! Get started by filling out our application below.

Payment & Fees Overview

Fees are non-refundable. The market ‘s fixed costs (permits, insurance, advertising, equipment, and city fees) remain the same even when weather affects a market day.

  • Food trucks/ stands should specify their electrical access needs.
  • Applications will be accepted throughout the season.
  • Vendors must set up in their assigned areas.
  • Occasional/Daily Vendors pay at the end of each market day.
  • Vendors using any market-managed payment or food-assistance program must complete the daily worksheet
  • Emergencies happen — please notify us if you cannot attend.
  • Seasonal vendor fee: $140 for the season.
  • Daily fee: $10/day for pro-rated seasonal vendors; $15/day for single‑day or occasional vendors.
  • Make checks payable to MHDFM.

Vendors may set up 1 hour before the markets begins. Food Truck may set up 3 hrs before the market begins. All Vendors will have assigned spots and must stay until the market ends. Thursday Market hours are 3 pm – 7 pm.  If an emergencies occurs during market hours, notify the market manager and/or board members so we can help you exit safely without putting customers at risk.

Fill out every field, or the form will not submit. If you get an error message, check all fields and fill them in.

** Value-added refers to products with two characteristics:
The Farmers make the foods from raw ingredients and primarily, from ingredients that the plant, grow or care for, and harvest.
They process the foods through, baking, cooking, canning, drying, fermenting, preserving, or spinning techniques (honey, maple syrup, baked goods, jams, dried fruit, wool yarn, etc.)


*** Prepared food refers to products that farm or non-farm business makes from ingredients that they primarily purchase. They made the food at the market for immediate consumption (sandwiches, brewed coffee, food trucks)
