Community Table Program for Businesses & Non-Profit Organizations
Our brand new “Community Table” program is starting in 2026! This is a pilot program. Depending on the feedback we receive about this program, we may continue with it, and/or make changes to it in 2027. The Community Table is meant for non-profit organizations and local community businesses that are not selling anything, and only want to display some information to the community. No political parties or campaigns will be allowed for the free information table. You are responsible for bringing your own 10 x 10 canopy, canopy weights, tables, chairs, and anything else you will need for your display.
How the Community Table it Works:
On each market day, both Saturdays and Thursdays, we will offer 2 free “Community Table” vendor spots. These will be given on a rotating basis. You will need to fill out a Community Table Vendor Application a minimum of 1 week ahead of time to be considered for a free spot. These free spots are first come, first served, so get your application in as early as possible! If the free spots are already filled for the day you requested, you will be offered 2 options:
- You can still set up a booth that day if you are willing to pay a discounted $10 vendor fee for the day.
- You can apply for the free spot on a different date that is not already reserved.
Payment & Fees Overview
Fees are non-refundable. The market ‘s fixed costs (permits, insurance, advertising, equipment, and city fees) remain the same even when weather affects a market day.
- Applications will be accepted throughout the season.
- Vendors must set up in their assigned areas.
- Occasional/Daily Vendors pay at the end of each market day.
- Emergencies happen — please notify us if you cannot attend.
- Daily fee: $10/day (discounted) for those who did not get a Community Table spot.

Saturday Market hours are 9 am – 1 pm. Thursday Market hours are 3 pm – 7 pm. Vendors may set up 1 hour before the market begins. All Vendors will have assigned spots and must stay until the market ends.
